Internship Description
In Washington, D.C. and Phoenix, Arizona office of Rep. Greg Stanton, intern responsibilities will vary. Interns will be asked to answer phones, research legislation for the Member and legislative staff, attend hearings and briefings, and answer constituent letters on various issues before the House. Interns are assigned to assist in various constituent casework and outreach projects. Interns may be asked to do a variety of tasks, including day-to-day office work such as answering phones, writing letters, assist with media clips, and attending local community events on behalf of the office.
