Arizona Constitution Project: Digital Constitutions

Assembled and edited various editions of the Arizona Constitution for public use, including the 1910/1912 Arizona Constitution; a scholarly edition with all amendments in the state’s history, and both abridged and unabridged versions.

The digital Arizona Constitution offers an easily accessible resource for understanding Arizona’s constitutional text. In addition to the abridged Constitution that forms the basis of our Pocket Constitution, we currently host an easily usable version of the current Constitution (which we will keep updated) as well as the original Founding Constitution. We will soon add a fourth edition that comprehensively tracks the many changes Arizonans have made to the Constitution.
